“From start to finish the process took about 25 days. Shervin Modir was professional, responsive and reliable. The way he pushed for my closing to take place before a scheduled trip i had previously planned is what i would refer to as the epitome of customer service. I also worked with Jack in processing during my underwriting process he was extremely patient and went above and beyond to explain or find solutions for issues that we encountered with the underwriting. This team is top notch and I honestly could not have worked with a better team. Reliable, Knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be coming back to loan guys for my future mortgage needs.”
