“My clients just close with Loan Guys. They are very efficient and have a lot of resources. I’m glad they can close the loan in three weeks. Josh is my loan officer and he was very good and very great. He answered all the questions regarding the transactions. If any problems arise he had taken care of us very quickly and efficiently. “The number one thing I love about these guys is that they’re pushers. They push your deal to close asap (provided you’re competent like me) I got my money and my Loan Officer Benjamin was super helpful. We closed my 300,000 loan. They know what’s up!”

“LoanGuys are by far the best mortgage lender I have ever done business with! They were extremely responsive and fast at getting me my money for a rental property. I purchased a $475k property with only 20% down payment. I didn’t have to show any income! Thank you LoanGuys for all of your help!”

“Being new to the private money world, I decided to give Loan Guys a shot. They were able to help me get my second investment property and were able to work with me without the hassle of going through a conventional bank. I am very happy with the customer service and how easy their process is to get your loan funded. We closed before the contract date and my loan officer, Benjamin, was able to beat the quote I got from a different private money lender. Will definitely do more business with them in the future!”

“Loan Guys help me close my first investment property that I tried many places to get. It was a triplex in TX that for some reason keep getting dragged by other lenders and LoanGuys was able to get it done quickly. “I am very pleased with the results. I couldnt find anyone to do a 5plex loan since its considered commercial, but the loan guys really came through. A few bumps in the road (just like any closings nowadays due to delays in appraisals), but everything promised was delivered. Shervin Modir really pull it together for me and answered my calls. We’ll definitely do business with them again…”

“I was in need of a mortgage and having some issues. I have limited time and my scores are coming down. was at 542, 566, and 569. It's boiling down to my DTI due to my extremely high car payment with 17.99% interest. I came across a review about (fixmycredit at writeme dot com) and wanted to know how it'll work to fix my credit. To cut the long story short, in less than 1 month i worked with them, My scores improved to 781 and finally got approved for the mortgage.”
