“Creepy. The repair person said he'd be here in an hour, he came 3 hours later, at night. He acted like he did not know what to do. He said he did not know how to fix my refrigerator. Yet on the phone, he said he could fix. He would not give me his name nor contact number. I let a total stranger in my home, who did absolutely nothing. I felt so creeped out I took a picture if his license plate. He objected, then sped off almost hitting another car in opposite direction. I hope he is not going to come back a kill me. Very suspicious!
Even the company was weird. No main number, each time I called I could get a totally different person. No accountability.”
“Was advertised as “cheap”& with a $70 dollar service call it was less than others ,,, but he wasn’t here 15 minutes, reconnected a couple of wires with a wire nut . Replaced no parts. And more than doubled his $70. Service call & charged me $150.00

“I've been scammed. Called the number...no answer. Got a call back pretty quick. Scheduled a time the same day. Said Roy was the tech. He came and said I needed to unplug the fridge for 24 hrs for it to defrost. Paid $100.00.....I'm on day 3 and no return of the tech. Not to mention off work for 3 days. Be careful!!!!!!”
“I've got to say that the tech was a little giddy on the phone, but when he came to the house he got the job done. My frigidaire was leaking all over the place and the situation couldn't way another day. He had advertised same day repair, but I know that things aren't always as good as they seem. I was happily surprised when the repair was done the same day.”
“I called at 10:13 in morning because my dishwasher was leaking all over the place. On my one day off the dishwasher decided to break, unbelievable. I had a technician out to the house and the leak was fixed by 3pm that afternoon. Still not exactly what I want to be doing on my day off, but I've got to hand it to them. The response time is as good as it can get.”
