“Creepy. The repair person said he'd be here in an hour, he came 3 hours later, at night. He acted like he did not know what to do. He said he did not know how to fix my refrigerator. Yet on the phone, he said he could fix. He would not give me his name nor contact number. I let a total stranger in my home, who did absolutely nothing. I felt so creeped out I took a picture if his license plate. He objected, then sped off almost hitting another car in opposite direction. I hope he is not going to come back a kill me. Very suspicious!
Even the company was weird. No main number, each time I called I could get a totally different person. No accountability.”
“I've been scammed. Called the number...no answer. Got a call back pretty quick. Scheduled a time the same day. Said Roy was the tech. He came and said I needed to unplug the fridge for 24 hrs for it to defrost. Paid $100.00.....I'm on day 3 and no return of the tech. Not to mention off work for 3 days. Be careful!!!!!!”
