"Creepy. The repair person said he'd be here in an hour, he came 3 hours later, at night. He acted like he did not know what to do. He said he did not know how to fix my refrigerator. Yet on the phone, he said he could fix. He would not give me his name nor contact number. I let a total stranger in my home, who did absolutely nothing. I felt so creeped out I took a picture if his license plate. He objected, then sped off almost hitting another car in opposite direction. I hope he is not going to come back a kill me. Very suspicious!\r\nEven the company was weird. No main number, each time I called I could get a totally different person. No accountability."
