Bought two batches, first batch made really good pepperoni pizzas (perfect for our low carb diet) next batch will be trying a cheese and bacon quiche with one piece and the top crust for a steak pie with the other. Found the lo-dough easy to use and very versatile. Will be ordering more and may try the chocolate brownie mix. It certainly fills the gap for low cost low carb alternatives to some of the foods we have been missing on a low carb diet.

I was a little unsure, but now I'm hooked. I've been following a low carb diet for weeks and sometimes you just want a quick resolve to food. I found this lo-dough great for making a ready to egg mayo or tuna mayo wrap. It's also great for the pizza base and I'll be trying it as a fajita at the weekend. I've just ordered lots more

I made a nice quiche with Lo Dough, it didn't have a soggy bottom and held together nicely.

Absolutely love lo dough. So versatile.! The only downside is the fact it comes 2 per small packet. Fab for the environment but means you have to eat them at least 2 days in a row as they don’t keep once opened.

It tasted like paper. I wouldn't but again n really disappointed.

Really versatile. So far used it for lunchtime wrap, nachos and deep dish pizza (using the lo dough recipes). The only thing that brings it down a star is value for money. It's not something I can add in to my weekly budget but good for now and again.

Love it!! Purchased my first pack with low expectations but trying to follow a low carb diet and I'm dairy intolerant thought it was worth a try. I first tried making a quiche and was very surprised to find it worked really well. It didn't go very crisp but I loved it. I then used it to make a pizza base. This did go crisp. It was like a very thin crust pizza but enjoyed it. Definitely will be buying some more.

Hi Christine, Lo-Dough has a 6-month shelf life. It comes in sealed packets of two pieces. Unopened these packets last up to 6 months without the need for refrigeration. Once opened the two pieces should be consumed within 1 day, although will last longer if kept in a sealed container in the fridge.
