“I like to use Lo-Dough simply as wraps at lunchtime. A bit of cold chicken or ham or seafood sticks and some salad, all rolled up in a wrap is perfect. It helps keep me full all day and the high fibre content is good for the gut! I'm still working on making pizzas work for me, and using it creatively otherwise - but the high fibre wrap just as it comes is just what I need.”

“Loving the versatility of the product. As a gluten free ,low carber they have opened up a whole new world of portable lunches and picnic ideas. I am a big quiche fan and my whole family are converts from pastry bases! The chicken coating works welli too. I am not a brownie fan but as this mix is more cookie like than brownie - for a treat or base of a cheesecake/tiramisu they are more than edible. Overall fantastic products and the weight is coming off! On another positive they help my chronic IBS too.”
