“Lo-Dough has proved very use for the ketogenic diet. I develop recipes for Matthews Friends a charity which helps children and adults with drug resistant epilepsy and other conditions that benefit from following a medically supervised ketogenic diet. Lo-dough has proved to be quite versatile. It is a very convenient product.”

“We found lo-dough through our low carb diabetes group. As type 1 diabetics we found it has zero impact on blood sugars and brings wraps and pizza back into our diet which is welcomed for a quick meal or on the go breakfast wrap. We use the subscription service now and love adding in the occasional brownie mix which is also delicious and has low impact on blood glucose levels. Delivery is always eco friendly, prompt and from order to eating is a smooth, transaction. My son takes advantage of a lo-dough wrap in his lunchbox for school and loves the freedom of choice it gives him. We also subscribe to their emails and enjoy browsing their menu options and find the recipe ideas useful. Thank you Team Lo-Dough X”

“Love Lo-dough.. its a complete revelation to me and has changed my meal times into having "cheat foods" but not actually cheating. Pizza!! Wraps!! Pasties!! Southern style coated chicken!! All those "can't have" foods that you actually can have. There are so many recipes to choose from or just make it up as you go along. I have purchased bases and southern style coating so far and have not been disappointed.”

“What can I say about low dough 🤔 well I'm the one that needed a low calorie alternative to bread. The site js well laid out, checkout was simple. Received my order quickly. Now guess what I am no longer the one that can't have a sandwich, wrap, pizza, quiche, Flatbread stuffed with kofta. Is it slightly on the expensive side yes but it is so worth it. If you were like me the freak in the room all sad and longing then please try. You can be normal again!!! Enjoying eating like the norms!!”

“I always make my order from Spain, and it always comes before the scheduled date. I love their products: with no fat and low calories, they come up with really tasty products. I specially like the pizza base (I used it either as a pizza base or as bread for sandwiches, or to make a wrap) and the chocolate brownie (in light of its flavour, I can't believe it doesn't have any fat). I strongly recommend to buy Lo-Dough products.”
