“If you want a low calorie healthy wrap then this will substitute but it does not taste like bread. ! it is versatile and having made some bean burgers it worked well . I have yet to try it in a sweet recipe but i will. My family love BREAD and they thought it was OK but wouldn't chose to have it but gives us an option when we are trying to calorie count”
