“I have been reducing my carb intake to reverse T2 diabetes, and Lo- Dough pizza bases have really helped. My husband now prefers them to the stodgy kind, which is a plus. They make good quiches and “pasties”, too, and the Facebook group offers loads of ways to use them. I have found Lo-Dough pizza bases so helpful that I now subscribe. 6 months on, and my blood sugar is back in the normal range - no medication needed!”

“My first purchase of Lo-Dough and I was pleasantly surprised. I have had to be on a Gluten Free diet for many years and have tried a number of wheat alternatives. Lo-Dough has to be the best I've tried as a pizza base. I've recently started a fitness journey too so the fact that this is so low calorie is an added bonus! Looking forward to trying out some of the other recipes too.”

“I love low dough there are so many possibilities to make a healthier version. And tastes just as good ! It’s just annoying that stock levels always seem low, would love to try the coating but it’s never in stock.”

“Started using Lo Dough a few weeks ago after a recommendation from someone in the same weight loss plan as me (Cambridge weight plan 1:1). Used as a pizza base a few times and have just started using it as a pastry alternative in quiches, now have a subscription to the bases and the brownies. Really good as much for the low calories as the low carb. I am now recommending to others.”

“I heard about this amazing product from fellow Slimming World members and placed an order after hearing nothing but good reviews from them. Placing the order was easy and it arrived very quickly. I bought the pizza bases which I've tried as pizza bases - really very good, but also as pastry to make a pasty and whizzed in the food processor to make a batter to make pancakes. I also bought the southern coating for chicken which is delicious! Excellent, versatile products and reasonably priced.”

“I have the wraps on subscription and have recently tried the brownie mix. Very pleased with both products, just wish they could be a bit cheaper. Deliveries are always fast and efficient and good communication via email about them.”

“Lo-Dough is such a revelation! This week my boyfriend and I made quesadillas and pizza and they were both incredible! Texture is lovely, cooks really quickly if for pizza (about 6mins in the oven) and all for less than 40 calories per base! Would definitely recommend if anyone is trying to get the same tasty foods in but for SO many less calories! In the box it comes with recipe ideas as well which is super helpful! Thank you Lo-Dough 💖”
