bought the product for my diabetic son in law ,he loves anything with bread or pastry .I blitzed the first piece and added an egg ,rolled it out using cornflour, added minced beef and mashed potato with onions and made a largish pasty ,brushed with a little egg ,one happy son in law who said "you can make that again"second piece a thin crispy pizza base again excellent results will be buying larger quantities

As a diabetic I have to have a low carb diet so I tried Lo Dough to make the things I miss ie. desserts and cakes I found the things I have made very enjoyable. The whole family eat them as well inclueing my grandchildren. I am looking forward to trying the new high fibre desserts.

I can’t put my finger on what I didn’t like about this product but the flavour I found made me feel a bit sick and almost got stuck in my throat as I was eating it. Fillings didn’t stick when I tried to make a toastie, they just fell out. The pizza was Ok but I couldn’t stop tasting it and just found the texture and taste unpleasant. I was hoping for more from other reviews.

Perfect for pizza, good for anything that keeps the dough wet. If the dough gets a bit dry at all it tastes like cardboard. But cannot stress enough how great it is for pizza!

Taste fantastic! Light. Easy to use, straight out if packet with salad and chicken. I can’t believe they taste this good and so low in calories!

It works great for pizza, but slightly too expensive. tried a chocolate tart and doesn't work as a pastry at all.

So far, have enjoyed various pizza’s and flans, but it takes a little adjusting to when learning how to cook lo-dough. Tips I’ve discovered: if you briefly soak lo-dough in stock before using in a flan case, it’s much more pliant and improves flavour too. Try reheating made flans in a pan sprayed with frylight for crispier bases. Pizza’s are definitely better with less passata. Can’t wait to try a pasty recipe next. This has revived my dieting motivation and has made me more creative in the kitchen.

I put drained chopped tomatoes mixed with a little tomato purée , spread right to the edge, grated plenty of cheese on top , overall I was impressed for a very low carb/ calorie food, it was a little spongy in the centre but I may have made the topping too wet. The flavour was good for what is was, not sure if I would buy regularly as I thought it a little expensive.

It's absolutely disgusting. It's basically eating cardboard. So dry and chewy. Really disappointed with the product. I can't say I will ever order again.

Was desperate to like this but it just didn’t work for me. Tried as a pizza, plus points (hence two stars) are it was easy to prep and quick to cook. We had it as a pizza. Looked fantastic but the texture and consistency of the dough was like chewy cardboard. I knew it wasn’t going to be like real pizza but it was a big disappointment.

I haven't made much with my Lo-Dough, mostly pizza which was ok. Also made a steak and stilton pasty which in all honesty tasted like I was eating foam, really didn't enjoy the texture. I probably would buy more but not very often and just for a pizza base.
