“Firstly, I was surprised when handed the box by the postman. - I ordered eight bases and expected to weigh a lot more in my hands (for a moment, I thought the box was empty!). The pizza bases were a bit dry, even after following instructions and covering them to the edges with passata. A bit tasteless and they appeared to become even thinner after cooking. I suppose they are functional for making low carb pizzas, but it will be interesting to try them as wraps out of the pack.”

“Thought I'd give lo-dough a go as I had seen it advertised a few times. I am not dissapointed, tried them as a wrap and pizza and quiche bases, tasted lovely and never fell apart or crumbled. Also received the southern fried breadcrumbs as part of a special offer and that tasted lovely too just the right amount of flavour. Though my husband wasn't a fan”

“Made a lovely bacon, tomato and onion quiche using one lo dough base. I never realised that it was so easy to make! It tastes delicious and my husband thought it was brilliant. I am going to make a pizza next and then some cakes with the brownie mix. The recipe book is simple to use and I can substitute ingredients as I like.”
