“I have tried a few things and I am always a bit dubious about Low Carb food as I am T2 Diabetic. However, I am amazed I have tried a few thing and my Blood sugars have been incredibly low. Well done Lo-Dough. I would definitely recommend. You can make so many delicious meals from the bases.”

“Very versatile. I’ve used it to make pizzas, quiche and french toast and recently discovered fruit flans. I’ve adapted the recipes in the recipe books and banana flan is now a favourite and at only 1 point on WW.”
