“Excellent service carried out without fuss and disruption by friendly and efficient staff. Company worked well around plumbers who were carrying out work in loft, returning some days later to install loft ladder that had not been installed initially in order to give plumbers a larger access area. When returning to complete work plumbers commented on quality of loft boarding and installation, stating it was one of best they had seen. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Surveyor prompt with helpful advice, Workmen put dust sheets down, did a very good job (despite the Loft being red hot), cleared all the mess away & hoovered then ran through the operation of the installation before they left. Excellent job, thank you”

“We recently downsized to a bungalow. When I checked the Loft area I thought "Oh No ", it was fairly dark, with insulation laying around and pipes everywhere. I thought there is no way I am going to tackle that !!!. I contacted Loft Storage room company and from that first phone call I knew that I had made the right decision. The surveyor arrived on time,and few days later the quote arrived which I was very happy with and a date was arranged for the fitting. Even changing the date and the layout was not a problem. Fitters Paul and Mitchell ( They make a good team )arrived on the specified day and despite the scorching hot weather got stuck in and completed half of the loft all I had to do was keep them supplied with a cold drinks. The work was completed the following day. Again scorching hot!!!!. The fitters were very clean ,tidy and very polite. The work they did was very professional and good quality. My loft now is very light, roomy and no sight of that ugly insulation. I would thoroughly recommend this company to any of my family or friends who need a similar service. 10/10 *****”

“The survey was carried out close to my original enquiry, and the work was carried out within a couple of weeks. The quote was reasonable, and the company were able to provide me with additional paperwork to appease my freeholder. The team were punctual, friendly, and literally didn't stop until the work was complete. Time was taken to ensure the amount of boarding I had paid for was as effective as it could be to give me as much usable space as possible. As a woman living alone too, having unknown men in your home can be intimidating, but I can't praise these guys enough. I'm thrilled with the work that was done.”

“These guys did a brilliant job from planning right through to completion. I've also never known builders stick to a schedule like this before but they have it down to a fine art. We didn't need to worry about anything. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“Absolutely thrilled with loft. From survey to completion I am extremely happy. Surveyor listened to everything we wanted and put together a very good package. Fitters were on time,very tidy workers and two very nice chaps. They cleaned everything before they left and did a first rate job. I would not hesitate to use this company again. “The young man from Loft Storage Room Company to install my loft ladder, I classify him to be a professional man. He arrived on time and took his shoes off and inspected the loft ladder hatch area and asked which way I wanted the hatch door to open. Before starting installation he laid dust sheets from front door to hatch door area. After work was completed he made sure I was happy with his work and opening and operating the ladder. He made sure no mess was left. A great job was done. Brian from Staines”

“Loft Storage Room Company was very good to deal with from initial enquiry onwards. We wanted to make our unboarded loft space into a usable storage location; after our initial telephone enquiry they sent someone out to assess the work required and sent a quotation through within 24 hours. Their sales team are strictly non-intrusive and after sending the quotation (by email and post as agreed) do not pester you with follow-on calls but wait for you to come back to them. Once we confirmed they were able to schedule the work in a very suitable timeframe. The floor had to be raised and boarded, no support struts needed to be added in our case. The team arrived on time and got straight to work, were very unobtrusive while on-site and finished the same day. Several weeks on from completion we are very happy with the job done and can happily recommend the company to others.”
