“We were recommended the Loft Storage Room Company by a neighbour. Having called them, it was surprisingly easy. We had the loft reinsulated and boarded; the two men who came round were on time, polite and friendly and were finished in a few hours. They took away all of the old insulation and told us their work was guaranteed for three years. Perfect!”

“I was booked in for a new loft hatch door, loft ladder and strip lighting installed in the loft. My installer arrived at 8am and took a couple of hours to complete the job, keeping me updated as he went along. He was a very helpful and nice person. There was no mess left behind and he also took my old loft hatch door away with him so I didn't have to dispose of it myself, which was appreciated. I was completely happy with the end result and would definately recomment this company to friends and family.”

“Loft raised / boarded and hatch ladder installation: Getting the surveyor took about 2 weeks, but then once I went ahead with the quote, they were able to come within a week or so to do the work. 2 lovely chaps turned up at 8am, protected the carpeted stairs and went to work. I was originally quoted for a 3 section fold away ladder, but on further inspection the guys said that this wouldn't really fit properly and would leave no head-room climbing into the loft. He suggested a telescopic ladder which would have been £200 extra, however he said he would talk to the office first. They waived the extra cost without me even prompting or asking them to do so, in that sense very good customer service to honour original quote. The guys were done by around midday (here I was expecting an all day job), and even boarded around the hatch itself for more comfortable access. Overall very happy with the results. I never actually got prices for comparison so I can't comment on the value, but the price was around what I was expecting having spoken to other people. (attached picture shows lights which were self installed)”

“I was totally satisfied with this company. I had a floor put into my loft and a new ladder and loft entrance created. They also provided lighting. The team arrived on time as promised and did the entire job in one and a half days. I now have a clean and tidy usable loft. The guys who did the job were really nice, very friendly and helpful.”

“I contacted the Loft Storage team to install extra insulation in two lofts and boarding, hatch and ladder for the main one of around 25 square meter. Best price I could find, they even adjust the initial price. A 3-men team arrived on time, protect the carpet and start the job. After 4 hours, everything done with high standards and no mess left. They were extremely professional and polite. I would highly recommended them.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. The survey was hassle-free and the multiple quotations highlighting our options were clear and reasonably priced. However, the pinnacle for us was the skilled, professional crew (Greg and Matt) who did a fantastic job of converting our dark, underutilised and poorly insulated loft space into an amazing space where we can store our belongings in a clean, bright and temperature regulated environment. They also greatly improved our access by replacing the loft hatch and installing a 3-section ladder. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.”

“I've Just had a 20 square metre loft floor installed in Witham, Essex and I'm very impressed with the work. The guys arrived when they said they would, put down ample sheeting to prevent mess, were very professional and curtious but more importantly they have done a very nice job. This company is highly recommended, I only wish I had more than 1 loft so I can use them again! Thanks”

“I needed a loft ladder and wanted one fairly quickly. They fulfilled all of my needs without any hassle whatsoever. So nice and answwrrd all my questions in a friendly and efficient way from the word go. Very competitive prices. Ladder was fitted within a week after I agreed which one I wanted. Also they recommended the one that would suit me best. Didn't try and sell me a more expensive one. Guy who came was on time, was also friendly and efficient. Explained everything to me before he left. I highly recommend. Thank you all at Loft Storage Rooms”

“The company men arrived promptly and worked very hard at the job and the loft boarding was finished in around 2-3 hours. The electrician arrived later to fix the loft lighting. We are very pleased with the work, which has created a great storage space for us as we move in. The loft ladder is good and works perfectly. The job was well done, the workmen very efficient and polite and we are very pleased with the job.”

“I have used the Loft Storage Room Company twice and have been very happy with all aspects of their service. The Customer Service is efficient and customer focussed. The response is speedy, polite and reliable. The work is carried out to a high standard and surprisingly quickly and both times I have been very pleased with the final result. In my view the work was good value and I was given a clear quote of the cost in advance so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Based on my experience I would recommend the company to potential customers.”
