“Excellent prices and even better service. Whenever anything went wrong they were quick to overcome the problem. I would recommend them highly for the purpose of buying electrical kitchen equipment.”

“Jo Kitchen could not have been more helpful. We had to change our initial selection but nothing was too much trouble. She also checked with AEG wether the hob would talk to the fan. The prices were competative and on one item price matched.”

“Spent a long time looking for the best price for a Siemens iq700 oven with microwave, obviously looking for the best price but also delivery costs. I found that a lot of English companies did not include Scotland within their standard delivery which was very frustrating as I am in Central Scotland not in the Islands! Long Eaton were not the cheapest but offered me a very competitive price, with excellent customer service and no hidden delivery charges. Communication from the company was also excellent as they kept me updated as to when my order arrived in stock and when it was sent out for delivery. I would definitely purchase from them again.”

“The customer service team were excellent ordering, liaising with Smeg in Italy to send over the appliance we needed and then arranging delivery as we live down South and needed a special delivery. Once arrived all appliances hob, oven and hob extractor fan brilliant Service would recommend”
