“I ordered and paid for a new dishwasher. Delivery was promised in two weeks. The incorrect model was delivered and returned after three weeks. Another incorrect model was delivered after six weeks. Eventually, after ten weeks, the correct model arrived.”

Thank you for your review, Many apologies for the problem you had with this order. I understand there was a miscommunication as to whether you required a freestanding or a built in dishwasher which i have been told has been resolved.

“The service from start to finish was excellent. When I ordered all the items in the showroom for my new kitchen, the guy I dealt with was absolutely lovely. I was informed when the goods were in stock and a provisional delivery date confirmed. There was no problem when I had to alter it by a week and the delivery was made on time. The delivery guys were very pleasant and cheerful and when I rang with a query on the location of a serial number later, this was not a problem. This was the first time I had ordered so many kitchen appliances at the same time and it was quite daunting to have to consider so many variations. Long Eaton Appliances were helpful in every way and made the journey an easy one. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase similar items.”

“Fantastic Customer Service, very helpful and delivery was super quick. I was kept informed about the delivery, timings etc constantly. They were a lot more competitive than other companies too!! 😁 I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again. 👍🏼👍🏼”

“I originally ordered a 50/50 fridge freezer which then I was informed was out of stock. I was recommended a different freezer as an option being told it was an excellent alternative. I totally disagree it is cheap and nasty if I'm honest. But the main problem arose when I came to fit it finding it was actually 60/40 not 50/50 which meant I had to buy new doors for the cupboards but unfortunately I had no choice but to use the fridge as I had sold my other one. Not a great experience.”

Hi Mr / Mrs Hastings. Thank you for leaving a review . I can see from your order that you required a 50/50 fridge / freezer , which is what was supplied to you. Your model comes with a leveling leg kit that can higher the appliance so a normal 50/50 split door will fit . Should you need any help please give us a call.
