“Great service. We delayed delivery as our builder had let us down. However Long Eaton were very happy to arrange delivery to suit us. The item arrived bang on time and was in perfect condition. The delivery men were very helpful and efficient and I have nothing but praise for this company.”

“Bought a pastel green Smeg fridge, kettle and toaster and delighted with them all. Fabulous service, best price I could find for Smeg fridge. Delivery people unpacked the fridge and installed it but did not take away the huge box and wooden packaging so needed a trip to the tip. This was the only negative point so overall a very happy customer!”

Due to the high cost of commercial refuse collection we are currently unable to remove packaging on orders. However most cardboard packaging will be taken away free of charge by your local refuse collection.

“Used them a few times now, friendly, knowledgable staff with no pressure, just good advice. Good showroom with many kitchen appliances in situ and working to view. Delivery arrived when they said it would and in perfect order. Good price on a Neff oven too!”

“Having shopped around for prices for a fridge,cooker hood and quooker tap you worry if you are doing the right thing getting it all in one place, well I can assure you that you need not with with long Eaton. They are brilliant so helpful and keep you updated when your order is due for delivery and when it arrives the guys call you and check it all over for any damages( which there wasnt) couldn't ask for more. 👍”

“We looked at all the usual web sites for the best deal, Long Eaton AC gave us a better deal, deposit paid and they held our cooker until we were ready to receive it. What stood out from the crowd was the brilliant young man who gave us our price, really excited that he had the best price on the market. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for the best price”

“From the initial call to delivery of the item the service was excellent. Long Eaton Appliance Company sourced the extractor hood we wanted with ease.
