“Excellent knowledge of appliances in showroom so well able to advise. Exemplary customer service sorting out a faulty item...no quibbles. Ordered more goods that were delivered and fitted promptly by very pleasant staff. Kept updated throughout process . Would definitely use again and promote to others. Very competitive prices.”

“Complete remodelling of our Kitchen and Utility Room. Long Eaton Appliances offered best prices for the items we needed. Informed and helpful service from start to finish and a brilliant delivery team. We were kept informed throughout the process, which due to factors governing the work we were having done meant that items had to be held for a delivery date stipulated by ourselves. Cannot recommend these guys too highly - magnificent, especially when you consider that point of delivery was up in the Scottish Borders. Thanks.”

“Had a fabulous kitchen installed by LEAC about 3 yrs ago. Developed problem with leaky tap. Phoned fir advice and - despite us being spectacularly out of guarantee - they researched and supplied the necessary new parts - all free of charge. This reflects all our dealings with the company - nothing is too much trouble! Don't know why anyone would go anywhere else! Thanks again. John and Kate Cooke Boulton Moor Derby”

“Just bought 2 freezers for utility and 1 for garage. Gareth and Michael were both very helpful. Delivery timings and the 2 man team courteous and efficient. Returned next day to remove our old large chest freezer after we had transferred food over. Highly recommend them!”

“Problem with dishwasher not of Long Eaton’s fault. They arranged for faulty machine to be collected and replacement installed. All staff that I delt with extremely pleasant and very helpful Highly recommended”

“Really recommend this awesome place. I was after a specific oven and dishwasher. We dealt with Michael and he is so friendly and took the tine to listen to our needs. Never felt rushed and definitely no hard sell approach from this company. Delivery was quick and friendly too. Five stars from me.”

“I feel I have to write my kitchen was fitted in 1986 with all your appliance ..it's time I need a new updated kitchen it's a shame I cannot afford one from you again . everything oven hob dishwasher and microwave is still in great working order ..if you can afford this company go for it as unbelievable the best value for money long term they don't make them to last like this company”

“Very helpful initial contact with a comprehensive overview given of all the range cookers available. Extremely pleased with our choice which is perfect for our needs. Would have been overwhelmed were it not for the in-store help. Fitter (and mate) was brilliant. Old cooker removed. First class service and will definitely use again.”
