“Didn't deliver my range cooker when agreed or let me know it wasn't coming. When I chased them they said the paperwork hadn't arrived at the delivery company. They then suggested I call the delivery company if I wanted a more accurate delivery time. Useless.”

Our customers are the heart of our business and we feel regretful somewhere along the lines you have felt disappointed in our service. Having spoken to our warehouse team it seems somewhere along the lines there was a mishap with paperwork, this happens very rarely and we are extremely sorry you didn’t receive your item on the exact date you were expecting. We did manage to get this delivered to you two days later on the Monday morning slot. I do believe some complimentary pans were sent out to you as an extra apology for the inconvenience. “First-class service at a competitive price . A Simple process; we ordered online, Paid and received a delivery date within minutes. To be honest we did know what we wanted so there was very little searching. Competitive pricing, they were cheaper than AO ( who would price match, but why go to a company that won't give you the best price the first time ) I will definitely use Long Eaton again.”

“What a fantastic company. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Good showroom and then the telephone service for ordering was second to none. After our cooker was delivered we experienced a small problem, the team in customer services swung into action and a replacement part was delivered the very next day. You won't go wrong buying from this company, they price match too. Fitting and disposal of the old cooker was made very simple with their delivery service.”

“Very good service from an online company. No waiting on hold. Able to talk to a real person - often the same person you talked to last time so they know what you are talking about. Knowledgeable staff. Do what they say they are going to and deliver exactly as they say they will. Well done LEACo”

“I have yet to use the Neff oven I purchased as we are still having the kitchen fitted, but delivery and communication before I ordered the oven with Long Eaton was excellent. They delivered exactly when they said they would and let me choose a date which was convenient for me. Would use again.”
