“Really pleased with the kitchen. The installers were polite and have done a good job, the score would have been very good but 6 weeks after the main install and three from the floor being laid we are still waiting for the last items to be fitted. If I could give one bit of feedback, you need to update your clients, We have chased twice over different things, the last time two weeks ago, we were told it would be finished last week, as yet it hasn’t and neither have we had any communication to say when it will be. It has left us with slightly negative feelings which is a real shame.”

Many thanks for your review . I'm sorry to hear this has left you with a negative feeling but we having been waiting on the made to order glass splash-back and 2 larder door replacements which are made to order . We have had the plinths and draw fronts which was waiting on your floor to go down, but just wanted to make one visit out to you to complete your lovely new kitchen, which after talking to the fitters is booked for tomorrow to complete 07/06/19.

“Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff. Found the best price for an appliance for me and rang back when they said they would. Delivery was on time, delivery men were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“I could not recommend this company enough. Not only are their prices amazing, their staff are a dream to deal with, the sales staff know their stuff which is beyond helpful, plus they are friendly and professional. Ops and delivery were accurate, prompt and courteous. Had a minor issue with a sink and the customer service was second to none, problem solved in 24 hours. I’ve decked out my entire kitchen and utility with LE and I will certainly be back. Thank you guys”

“Great service. We delayed delivery as our builder had let us down. However Long Eaton were very happy to arrange delivery to suit us. The item arrived bang on time and was in perfect condition. The delivery men were very helpful and efficient and I have nothing but praise for this company.”

“Bought a pastel green Smeg fridge, kettle and toaster and delighted with them all. Fabulous service, best price I could find for Smeg fridge. Delivery people unpacked the fridge and installed it but did not take away the huge box and wooden packaging so needed a trip to the tip. This was the only negative point so overall a very happy customer!”

Due to the high cost of commercial refuse collection we are currently unable to remove packaging on orders. However most cardboard packaging will be taken away free of charge by your local refuse collection.

“Used them a few times now, friendly, knowledgable staff with no pressure, just good advice. Good showroom with many kitchen appliances in situ and working to view. Delivery arrived when they said it would and in perfect order. Good price on a Neff oven too!”
