“Initial customer service was great - product so far is great - end result though with the delivery was a massive headache (and costly on our end to arrange for someone to be here for delivery). It took multiple attempts for the delivery and never showed at time allotted for delivery. Sadly Long Eaton pushed responsibility to the delivery service and didn't assist in any way - just washed their hands of a dissatisfied customer. I wouldn't recommend.”

I am sorry to hear you feel like we have washed our hands of you , but i have discussed this with you. There was a very bad snow day which put the drivers behind on there times for the day but they did ring to say they would be after there time slot but your builder had gone home . They did offer to change the whole route round for you and make you the first visit of the day but this date was not suitable . Again we are sorry for any in convince that this has cause your builder by waiting for the delivery company.

“Excellent service, I called a few times and spoke to different people, they were all great. James helped me choose my dishwasher after comparing a few together but he was extremely patient and helpful. I would definitely come back to Long Eaton when buying a new appliance.”

“Not impressed with Long Eaton Appliance Company. The item that arrived was not what we ordered. We have been in touch with them 4 times to sort the problem. Each time they say they are looking into it and will call back. They never do. I do not recommend this company at all. Once they have your money they are not interested in sorting any problems or engaging with you to find a solution. Will not use again and advise you not to.”

“Couldn't be more satisfied with the service from Long Eaton Appliances. All the staff were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful and regular updates were given on the status of the various orders. The deliveries were on time and the two gents who delivered were particularly pleasant and helpful. Along with the impeccable service the prices were extremely competitive.”

“Visited showroom during CVP. All social distance, masks, sanitizer, adhered to. Much choice availability with all required items for a fully fitted new kitchen complete with appliances. Once designed and chosen, kitchen fitted within timescale by competent team. One glitch involving a door took time to be resolved due in part to non availability, eventually resolved satisfactorily. Overall extremely pleased with experience and many “Thanks “ go to JIM.”
