We have looked into this matter and can see that there was no fault with the product you purchased as stated by the manufacturer on their service report .We are sorry for your negative review but feel we have done lots to advise you on how this product should be used .

“We had specific requirements for a fridge freezer with very deep freezer compartments. The showroom sales advisor quickly found us a suitable model from Bosch in a beautiful brushed silver. Delivery was made promptly and the old appliance was disconnected and removed at no charge. Highly recommended!”

“Long Eaton appliances by far one of the best companies i have purchase from. I needed 6 appliances for my kitchen and found you guys online, I called your brilliant friendly staff who gave me great knowledge and advice also an unbeatable price. Once my order was placed these appliances arrived within the time frame given, once these arrived into your warehouse i was called by your friendly deliveries team who provided me with a delivery date and time my appliance arrived by your friendly delivery team who brought these straight into my kitchen, just like to say a big well done to Long Eaton Appliances for a great fast quick professional service and quality products thank you”

“I needed advice on appliances and worktops. The appliance chaps were most helpful and I found exactly what I needed and then I spoke with the guys in the kitchen department. I didn't know they did kitchens, but wow! What a showroom! They were excellent and I am now having my new kitchen designed and fitted by Long Eaton Appliances.”
