“So easy to order from Long Eaton, everyone very professional and helpful. All exactly as stated - plus the delivery guys were wonderful. Not only does my black Siemens double oven look and cook brilliantly, Long Eaton's price was by far the best.”

“We recently had a kitchen fitted from this company. We are delighted with the finished product but are slightly disappointed that nobody has contacted us to ask us if we were happy with the kitchen once it was completed. If this had happened we would have given them 5 stars.”

“James helped us with our order arranged for you to store it when we paid 20%, kept us informed when you had the items stored for us, let us know when to pay the balance, arranged the delivery date. Two fantastic chaps delivered & placed the items for us. Long Eaton is our first port of call for future purchases. All your staff were first class. Thanks.”

“We were on the point of giving up being able to acquire two Smeg appliances , as they were apparently being phased out. Found your company via internet and James ( who was brilliant!) successfully located the required items, one of which was found in a warehouse in Italy. They were both delivered to us very quickly and fulfilled a long held ambition to have Smeg cooking appliances. Thank you.”

“After my initial enquiry I had a follow up email quote, as I was awaiting a sum of money that didn't come through for about 8 weeks post quote, I was surprised and impressed that the price had not changed, I left a deposit of just under half the balance which was actually more than they required and on order my lovely cooker was, it took the time of delivery that I was given and they were happy to hold for a few more weeks till I was ready for it to be delivered, both men who delivered it were very friendly and I was concerned as we live in a non vehicle cul de sac with a couple of steps but they were no fazed by this, my score from start to finish would be 10 out of 10 and a BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE”
