“I ordered several items for my newly fitted kitchen including a NEFF Panoramic Induction Hob and Slide & Hide oven - 6 items in total. I found the staff very helpful and was advised by LEA Co on the most suitable fridge and freezer to order. Their prices were very competitive. All items were delivered promptly to the workshop where the kitchen was being built and have now been mostly installed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase electrical goods.”

“The design and planning of the kitchen was very helpful to us. the options available to us were explained. We were not hurried in making our decisions and where we needed expert advice it was given. We took that advice and the finished kitchen is testament to the work of Ian in helping us through the process. The work was completed to a high standard by workmen who were uniformly friendly, efficient and highly competent at what they did. Although problems did occur with a granite worktop which extended the work by a week (would have been shorter but we had arranged to be away from home expecting the work to be completed) the problems were resolved and the finished worktops look excellent. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Long Eaton Appliances. The whole process was as painless as it could be and the results speak for themselves.”

“We ordered an AEG cooker hood on 5th June, 2017 and were told that we would receive a phone call within 24-48 hours on delivery. This however did not happen. Upon checking with Long Eaton, Gareth Spencer and James of Long Easton, the item finally reached us in Aberdeen on 19th June. There seemed to be a communication breakdown causing the delay, We nonetheless appreciated the prompt responses of Gareth and James who put the matter right for us. A big thank you to both.”

“I was astonished by the service I received from Long Eaton Appliance Company. They did what they said they would, the couriers they use could not have been more helpful. This may sound a rather strange review but, I am now used to shoddy customer service, and delivery drivers who like to find reasons why they can't deliver to our 4th floor flat in the centre of Edinburgh. I would use this Company again for any future purchases. They are infinitely superior to any of the giant Companies who purport to offer a similar service. 15/10 I'd say!”
