Ordered birthday present for my Father on 19th August. Still not received item.
After chasing apparently first delivery got lost. Still not received any tracking for 2nd dispatch. Company does not answer the telephone.
Please avoid. Much better companies to purchase from which offer next day delivery.”
“I had a highly disappointing experience ordering from Look Incredible. I ordered a gift for my mother, with the assurance that it would arrive in time for her birthday. Initially, I received a dispatch email but no tracking information. When I checked the website, it still listed the order as unfulfilled, so I reached out to their customer service for an update.
I was told that the order was on its way and would arrive on time, but the delivery date came and went with no sign of the package. After following up again, I received no response this time. Eventually, I received a second dispatch email, but it was from Yodel, days after the gift should have been delivered.
Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and let down. The lack of communication and late delivery completely soured my impression of this company. I won’t be buying from Look Incredible again and certainly do not recommend them to others. Don’t trust their delivery promises.”
“Can't give a low enough rating for this site. Excuse after excuse of why item hasn't arrived. Asked for tracking number 4 times never received it. Have raised a dispute with bank to hopefully get money back. Customer service is.the worst i have ever experienced from an online company!”
