“24th May I placed my order for 2 perfumes. I also received an apology email after a week claiming that they have dispatched my items. One item arrives 2 weeks after ordering, much too late as was a present so I sent it back. This one they claim was opened and are not giving me a refund.
The other item simply never arrived. They told me repeatedly that they had dispatched it but unlike the first item, this faceless company could never supply me with a tracking number. They told me that as it had been “lost in transit” they would give me a refund but because of my bank, this could take up to 10 working days… I have never had this issue with my bank. And still, I’ve not received a single penny back and it’s now the 19th June.
If I didn’t know any better I would suggest this company is a money laundering service.
Go onto Companies House and see for yourself… you can’t escalate your complaint because there is only 1 guy running the show!
I have reported to Trading Standards as this guy is clearly keeping hold of a lot of peoples money!
