Also, on the way back my flight was delayed for hour and a half, and I was worried that I will incur extra charges, as I booked car collection for an earlier time, no issue at all, called them when I passed passport control and they advised the car will be ready to collect in 10 minutes. Will book again.

Great service at Heathrow. I called them early morning to ask if i could drop my car an hour earlier than booked and it was no issue. Also on the way back we ended up at a different terminal than planned, no issue they just brought the car there instead.
