"I Booked Meet And Greet Stansted Airport , I Arrived Back Today 9th July , Only To Find A Broken Interior Rear View mirror On The Floor , I Would Have Expected Some Sort Of Communication From The Reception Staff Explaining What Had Happened , But There Was Nothing Mentioned.. I Would Have A Thought If Something Was Damaged At The Very Least An Apology But No Mention .. So I Definitely Will Not Be Booking With - Looking4 Parking.com Ever Again , Completely Un Professional Service Very Annoyed !! ..I AwaitYour Response!!!.."

"Avoid. It took them 5hrs to return my car at Heathrow in late Feb 2022. There was almost zero communication. I confirmed my landing time with them at 3pm during my connecting flight stopover. As requested, I text the details to confirm. After landing at 615pm it took me 3h45, 64 phone call attempts and multiple text messages to actually speak with someone and tell them I was there. On the call at 10pm the guy was super friendly, said they'd investigate and call me back in 10mins. Stupidly I hung up. And of course, they didn't call me back. I rang 137 times in total and only got through that once. I emailed many times too. The car was made available at 1115pm just as I was expecting to sleep at the airport. This was 5hrs after landing and 4hrs after the expected meet time. I am so glad my family were not with me and it was just me. The car was returned to me in the condition I left it and with the same amount of fuel."
