“I haven't used it yet other than a couple of flicks in the backyard. However it all seems like a typically good Loop product. This is my 4th loop rod. So I'm already a fan. But what amazed me was the speed of delivery. Ordered the rod and had it in my hand in a week. That's Sweden to rural New South Wales ( in Australia ) in just a few days, including a weekend. Top notch effort and service.”

“I am very happy with Loop Sweden, however I am totally annoyed and disappointed with Loop Norway as I ordered a GDC Shooting Line S6/S7 #10 wt rod on 04/08/23, money taken from my account & no answer from their phone , I have rang approx 10 times & emailed 4 times & no response. The order id is 183743. I have listed this as a complaint on their Facebook page and will also go globally if required as this is totally unacceptable and damn bad business ethics. I am a regular customer of your site and the only reason I went to them is that they had this line in stock and you had not. I would appreciate if you can contact your associate in Norway and convey my utter disappointment in them and I will also be seeking legal advice regarding them debiting my account and no goods sent to me. A very disappointed customer. Stephen White Ireland”

Hi Stephen, We're very sorry to hear about this, however as we said in our response to your previous complaint six months ago, the company you're referring to have nothing to do with us. Once upon a time a business called LOOP Tackle Europe distributed our equipment in Norway, however we have not had any working relationship with them for many years now - hence why they only have really old stock. As such we're not able to help further your complaint with them, as we are not associated with them whatsoever. We hope you are able to find a solution to this issue, however please be mindful of dealing with non-official channels / distributors in the future, as we have no control over how these businesses operate. “I love all the loop rods I own and fish them regularly and very hard. They are great. I broke the tip of this rod and have sent a number of emails and am still waiting to hear back. My only disappointment is with the speed of warranty service at the time.”

“I ordered a 2XL Jacket and it was very tight. I requested an exchange for a size 3XL and I had to pay the shipping charges back to Sweden and discovered that cost nearly as much as what I paid for the jacket since I used Loop points. Consequently, I gave the coat to a friend. He reports that it is a good quality jacket. Unfortunately, Loop doesn't have a USA facility to return/exchange purchases.”

“I was pleased overall with the prompt delivery and quality of the jacket. It was lightweight as I had expected, but I was a little disappointed at the lack of posckets, particularly in the back. All in all, good value for the price.”

“In general, I have enjoyed working with what I consider a classic scandi line taper design. The line head is white and the running line portion pale green. The transition between these line sections is difficult for me to see so I used a black marker to color the end of the trailing taper.”

“Although this reel is Loop's entry-level reel, it is still top-notch in quality, especially for the price point. I haven't fished it yet, but I know it will perform better than expected. My only gripe is that it comes in a cloth bag instead of a reel case. I understand to keep the cost down is why it comes like this, but the reel is very nice and should be protected from the factory better.”
