Customer service dept were very polite when I phoned to enquire about my order. Four phone calls later from Australia and my order arrived.

We are working on our improving the service for our overseas customers, including a phone line which will have no extra charges for customers such as yourself. It is stated in the terms and conditions that we will contact you once your order has been placed if your orders requires any additional shipping costs. Having bought the Laws of Cricket on the MCC website I was contacted by the MCC for further money. I had declared the delivery address was in Australia and paid the appropriate price. It is only a small amount of money, but if the transaction has been completed and the retailer has accepted the fee for the job quoted, then the retailer should provide the service for that fee.

Having ordered a pair of gloves as a christmas present in early November I expected that they would be delivered within the two weeks estimated delivery time. I had to make 5 calls and each time was informed that they would be dispatched asap. customer service was very poor. The product eventually arrived about 4 weeks late. The product was great and the final customer service person very good

I bought tickets for a tour of Lord's. The booking system was clunky and a two-stage process. You buy tickets on line first, then I had to call the tours section to check available dates. Surely you should be able to book a day and time as you buy the tour online?

When I placed the order I received an email saying that it was in stock. Turns out that it wasn't in stock which I only found out by contacting them a week later to get an update.This was a big inconvenience for me as I was traveling to America and the book was for someone there and I had someone here that was going to post it to me there along with travel sim card which I wanted to use there. Because the email that I received said that it was in stock, the person that I have here was waiting for it to arrive so that they they could send the two items together. I ended up receiving the 2 items just 2 days before I left America which wouldn't have happened if the email had said that it wasn't in stock in the first place. I expect better from Lords!

Products were excellent but the delivery was outside the time indicated and when I rang I was promised it by the following Monday and it arrived Tuesday!!

Product came in dreadful packaging - it was a baseball cap (old Father Time ) and arrived all scrunched - as the packaging it was sent it allowed the postman to squeeze it through the letterbox - on opening the stitching was coming away from the seam - it was a gift for my fathers 70th and I hadn't time to change it - so just had to give it to him with an apology
