I am still awaiting delivery of my order - I ordered it nearly a week ago now! I had an email last Friday to say it was on its way, but I am still waiting for it to arrive. Not the service I would have expected from an organisation such as yourselves.

The tour was very good but I was disappointed with the booking process. The website indicates that you need to hold a pre-booked ticket before going on the tour and that you also need to telephone Lord's to book places on specific timed tours. However, having done all this I was surprised to see most of the people on our tour were "walk-ups' who paid on the door. No-one took my details and holding a pre-paid ticket offered no benefit at all. In fact I had to pay extra to have the tickets mailed to me and wait until they arrived before booking my tour. The website is at best very misleading!

I've purchased online a personalised England t shirts . After placing the order I did realise my mistake and wanted to add ENGLAND at the back of my shirt . So straight away I called customer service , some female representative assured me over the phone it's not an issue and she will get it sorted .. After long 2 weeks wait my shirt was delivered today . Totally dissapoointed with that . They did not add ENGLAND . For a large shirt , it's quiet big too. Very thin garments . Might rip it with a gentle force .. Not happy at all . ..

Although the shirt seems to be good quality, the sizing is way too small. My child is a very small 10 yr old and could only just squeeze into the 9/10 top.

Following my order, the website said I would receive an email confirming my order which I never did. When I sent an email to ask where this was, it was ignored. The money for my order was then taken from my bank account. I then phoned up to find out what was going on. I spoke to a lady who made no secret of the fact she thought I was a bit of an idiot but she did confirm the order had been received and would be processed....in a month! I still haven't received any email order acknowledgement apart from this review request, which arrived before my order did - 2 weeks late for the birthday present recipient but hey.

the entire booking system should be automated; Right from buying tickets to booking the date and timing of visit should be made possible through the website. The second point is: requirement for the physical ticket to do the tour should be done away with. You should accept tickets printed out from the website booking as proof instead of physical tickets to be delivered. Because of physical tickets requirement, there is a 5 to 10 day wait for the ticket to be delivered to do the tour which can be completely avoided

I ordered a shirt as part of my brothers birthday present, I waited a few weeks for it to arrive but no joy so I sent a email to enquire if there was a problem and got a email back a couple of days later saying that you had no shirts that size in stock and your suppliers would not be sending anymore of that size. WHy could no one let me know sooner and I could have got him something else as part of his birthday present . Yours Raymond McColl

Sadly the service has proved slow and unreliable. I ordered for a children's birthday present and the goods took over 2 months to come without any warning or any way to keep in touch with when they were going to arrive.

Information is poorly organized and the performance I experienced was unreliable. When I tried to book the tickets the web site told me that it was unable to action the transaction so I was unsure whether I had actually bought them. Then I received an email a day or so later to confirm my purchase so it turns out that the transaction was completed contrary to the web site information.

The booking tool said the transaction failed on three occasions, therefore did not receive a confirmation number. My credit card was charge twice and two lots of tickets have been sent, even though the transaction apparently failed.

Ordered a one day replica sun hat (blue). Didn't receive confirmation of order email so chased by phone after five days. Told they would resend email and that order had been despatched on previous day. Wrong hat (five day, white) arrived today - six days in this internet age is not good. Phoned to confirm I had ordered the right hat (yes) and was asked to return wrong hat. After initial order took a week to arrive I really cannot be bothered to have to go through the further hassle of returning the wrong hat and waiting another week of so in the hottest week of the year. Life's too short. Both ladies I spoke to though were very polite and apologetic.

I ordered a novelty tee shirt for my cricket fanatic brother in law's birthday. I expected the back neck label to say Lords Cricket club and have some related packaging. I could have gone to a local menswear store and bought this tee shirt....whereas i was hoping he would see we had thought about his gift a little more than that. The logo on the front is also not applied that well and so i am very disappointed with my purchase for £20. I work as a Buying consultant for high street retailers and have done so for for many years, so therefore know what is involved. I feel you could have a much better offering and encourage more repeat purchases but not as it stands. i hope my feedback helps you to consider improvements. regards Sharon Needham

Good quality jacket. It would have been nice for sizes to have been clearer ie medium is 38cm to 44cm, I had to guess. Delivery time an communication good would use again

Lord's Tour Bureaucracy gone mad I rang the telephone number from the website ! was asked for payment details I pointed out that I had not give day or time They did not want to know I asked what happens if my day and time were full I was told I would get my payment credited. I gave the payment details with promise of confirmation by email I received the email with the order number I was transferred to another department I was asked some of the same information and suggested I gave the order number They did not want to know I requested day and time and was told the vouchers would be sent in the post I received the correct vouchers but no reference to day or time. No wonder Warwickshire beat Middlesex at Edgbaston by an innings this year!!!!!

Although the vouchers were received in good time they had been creased badly in the post. They are a gift (which is probably always the case) and look shabby. I associate Lord's Cricket Ground with quality and sadly the creased vouchers do not reflect this. They could come in a smart envelope and really should have 'please do not bend on the outside'. First impressions count and I had hoped my nephew would be excited upon opening his gift.

Thanks for taking the time to review the Lord's Online Shop. The tickets are advance tickets, so these are sold in order to be booked at a later date in case these are given as gifts. Tickets can be booked through the Lord's Tour team directly if that is something that you would prefer. Thanks again.

I ordered swing balls for my grandsons for Christmas however it was mid january before they arrived. Although it happened to be their birthday in January it missed these too. A bit disappointed!

Online ordering did not account for international delivery so a few days later I was informed of an extra charge. This in itself was not a problem, but the delay by Lords meant that my parcel did not arrive in time.
