“What a fantastic experience! My 12 year-old son and I had so much fun during our trip to the Louisville Mega Cavern! The Mega Zip line was fantastic. Our guides, Tessa and Kevin, were so kind , encouraging, funny, and professional. They explained everything to us, and we're helpful and patient during the entire experience. “We had a blast on our zip tour! A couple of them definitely had my knees weak! Our guides were kind and knowledgeable, Mike and Mike were great. Be aware that it takes a while, our zip started at 1230 and we left at 4, there were about 10 people in our group. There are some snacks like chips, crackers, and candy for purchase but no cafe and you can't bring in food or drinks unless you call and get it preapproved. I think adding a deli-like cafe with coffee and like items would be a huge improvement especially since there seemed to be no food options in the immediate surrounding area either! A rock climbing wall/area would be an awesome addition too. I did however find the price a little high. If it were in the $60-$75 range I would maybe go back in the future but at $100/person I feel like I'm very glad I went and experienced it but I wont be going every week. Anyways, we really enjoyed our time at the mega carvern!”

“Mega Zip was kind of pricy and would’ve liked slightly better views while zipping however, that will take time, if allowed to improve. Our tour guides were great and the Mega Quest is worth it! Would like to go back and try other things!”

“The tram ride was very interesting adventure. We couldn't hear the recorded messages very well and our teenagers said the were in the very back and couldn't hear the tour guide that well either.”
“We brought our four kids ages 5-13. Two zip lined two did quest. They had a great time. The quest was a little too difficult for our 5 year old but he enjoyed it. The guides Evan and Jacob were great. I was pleasantly surprised that the snacks by quest were reasonably priced.”
“Our tram tour was awesome! We had fun, learned a lot and plan to return at Christmas! Don was absolutely wonderful as our guide. I need extra help boarding the tram and he was so kind! He was very entertaining and knowledgeable! It was a great experience!”
