Worst experience I have ever had in a airport lounge. My first flight was delayed and they didn't accept me because I was late comparing with my supposed arrival. At the reception I was mistreated and they said I would get a refund. I emailed Lounge pass and guess what?? I didn't get any refund.waste of money, time and patience. Never again, don't waste you money here. Choose another one where you can be well attended.

Absolutely disgraceful company, let us book a lounge in Gran Canaria knowing full well we would only get minutes by the time we checked in and got through security the lounge was closing at 8pm. They will not refund us as we accessed the lounge for 20 minutes, we had one drink. It’s disgraceful. They never should of allowed us to book this and should of informed us they close at 8pm. Our flight time was 9pm and we could have accessed at 6pm but they knew we wouldn’t of done this as the check in didn’t open until 7pm They will not refund us our money which is disgusting

Do not book through this company, I booked my son in to Birmingham Aspire lounge for 3 hour slot. When he got there he was told the lounge closed in 30 mins. The attendant was very helpful and said he was intitled to full refund as we paid nearly £60! When he contacted Loungepass.com they weren’t interested and says it states opening hours in small print, but still took my money knowing he wouldn’t get full use. I’m very disappointed that they are misleading people in this way!

I sprung for the $40 lounge pass at McCarran airport for three hours ahead of my flight. I stayed only for two hours because I needed to get to another terminal for my flight. The lounge itself was fine although the spirits offering should have included an Irish whiskey at least. I paid for the pass by credit card through the internet. The 24 hour clock is rarely used in the US so I made my reservation for 5:45pm (should have been 17:45 apparently) My voucher was, of course, unavailable. Okay, no problem-I paid $40 in cash to enter, figuring the company would refund the first payment. Instead, they have denied me a refund repeatedly. This refund would in no way cheat the company. So, I essentially paid $80 for 2 hours in a lounge. I will never use this company again. I travel frequently and they could have made a lot more money off of me. Horrible experience.

DO not use this company. Solo traveller first time in Athens airport. I bought a lounge pass for Athens airport and I read the small print and chose the right lounge for my departure point A, however as another reviewer has said the lounge was beyond the security point for gate A11 [as the small print directed me to]. My departure gate was A31 [which is only disclosed 2 hours before departure] so I wasn't allowed to go to the A11 area and then back through to go to my gate section. They refused a refund, pointing me to the small print which I had read beforehand. I suggested they revisit the airport layout and update their directions. Will NEVER use them again. I have challenged their decision and await an outcome. Will be contacting my credit card company for a case to be raised for a refund for product that isn't accessible as described.

It was the first and last time we ever use Lounge Pass. We paid £58 to use Lounge Pass at Antigua and was greeted by a lounge which was very tired and dated. We were given three vouchers each which entitled us to three alcoholic drinks which I found to my dismay did not include spirits. When asking for a bottle of water I was duly informed I could only have a glass of water which the bar tender then filled from a small bottle!!! The food offering comprised of two small glass warming cabinet's which contained skewers of meat and peppers (I think) that resembled something my four-year-old grandson had attempted to create. The food, to use the term loosely was then cleared away 40 minutes before we were boarding so for people brave enough to risk the culinary delights were disappointed when trying to grab a last-minute bite to eat. Coffee was instant from a jar and the tea bags were spilled all over the grubby counters. We have used many airport lounges and this experience has set new levels of disappointment after a fabulous two-week break in the sunshine and company of wonderful Antiguans.

I have to admit my expectation was pretty low after reading other reviews but by that time I'd already paid for a 3 hour lounge pass at Abu Dhabi Airport in the Al Dhabi lounge. It was fantastic! I had no problem whatsover accessing T1 from T3. Showed my printed lounge pass to the reception and was warmly welcomed. Hot shower (towel provided), hot food, free beer, free coffee, smoking room ... it was exactly what I needed during a 5 hour layover between two 7 hour flights. It was that good that I hurriedly booked again for the return journey but got the time wrong. No problem. Contacted loungepass.com and they forwarded me an amended pass. Also while I at the lounge I enquired how much it was to book directly and discovered it was £10 more than I'd paid. Now obviously lounge facilities vary immensely depending on where you are but I honestly cannot fault loungepass.com

Do not use - completely unacceptable. Booked Bristol lounge and had awful experience (dirty, queues, no food) and contacted FHR to request refund. They replied with 'nothing to do with them, it's a 3rd party'. So if you want to lose all your money and have no where to go to resolve this if there's a problem, don't book through them!

DO NOT BUT FROM LOUNGE PASS.COM. They are selling a product that does not exist! Bought a pass from them since I had a 14 hour layover in Shanghai landing at 4 a.m. and was assured that i could enter at 6 a.m. I repeatedly asked exactly where this lounge was located since I knew that this airport did not have self serve kiosks - surprise! the lounge is located inside the departure you need a boarding pass! This company lied reoeatky in emails and charged me 56 Euros for. ZERO!!!!!!
