“LoveFone repaired my cracked iPhone screen with a new screen. Booked an appointment for the following morning. Could have been ready in 30 mins if I wanted to wait, but collected later. One of the most reasonably priced in the West End. Great.”

“After Apple’s Covent Garden store were unable to help I thought my iPhone was beyond repair. But with Lovefone just 30 minutes later my phone was fixed! Excellent work!”

“I dropped my Pixel XL a few nights ago on my way home and the screen cracked. I called Lovefone the next morning and arranged for a courier pickup. Courier came to my office, picked the phone up sometime around 11am. Within 1-2 hours, my phone was returned to me, screen all fixed. Customer care was excellent - Anca, the person I was in contact with, was pleasant to interact with and eager to help. Price-wise, I'd say they're comparable to other repair shops in London, from my limited research. The quality of the repair is almost 100% - my only quibble is that the newly installed screen is not fully flush with the frame. I was considering docking a point for that, but for now, that looks like it's only a minor annoyance.”

“I had had a problem with a battery they had used on my iPhone. I called them and they agreed to replace it free of charge (within warranty) on the same day and it took 5 minutes. The guys were friendly and helpful.”
