“I only wanted some unusual bulbs but they were most obliging and got them for me. Nothing was too much trouble and a pleasure to deal with. If I was in the market for lights then I would go there.”

“Great service. The girls I spoke to on 3/4 occasions are very very helpful in finding me a light shade that is no longer produced from the main factory. So I was so happy that they managed to find one for some where. Would Defo use again. Many thanks girls.”

“Being able to speak to a company representative, without having to first get past an automated answering system is very reassuring. In particular, one of the 14 glass shades on the lights that I ordered was damaged when I unpacked the box, and this was replaced without any fuss. The lady I spoke to (Lindsey) was most helpful and a credit to the company.”

“They had exactly what I was looking for after been let down by another local light supplyer at short notice. I needed a light to complete a job on later one week end. It was 16.30 and they closed at 17.00hr. The assistant was very helpful as she offered to stay on at the shop till I arrived estimating I could get to her by 17.15 traffic permitting. Arrived there 17.05 collected the light. Many thanks to exceptional service.”

“Top quality customer service from this company. I ordered a floating shelf light to match an existing shelf. The item had gone out of production and the customer service and communication from Love Lights was excellent. They tried to source the same light from other suppliers, when that wasn’t possible they sourced 2 potential alternatives, sent specifications through, answered all my questions promptly and I was able to order a replacement which was delivered really quickly. I’ll definitely use Love Lights again.”

“Bought the lights to replace existing very old downlighters. So needed a hole equal to existing cut out as ceiling was being reskimmed too. These lights fitted perfect and with being low wattage are better than the old lights.”
