Disappointed with service. Floor lamp ordered December 2020,but wasn't delivered until April 2021. No updates were provided giving reasons for delays without regular chasing.

Sent my lights back on the 4th March because they were not the glass as I was expecting. I had to contact Love Lights to get confirmation that they have received them. Again I’ve contacted them to ask when I can expect a refund, NO REPLY as of 6th April. NO, from my experience I would not recommend them

Item was what I wanted but delivery was very slow (over 3 weeks) and expensive considering the actual postage cost. Customer services were prompt in their response when I chased up where the items might be. Don't use if you want your items quickly!

Hi, Sorry the items took a little longer than normal, as per the website we are still experiencing delays due to the ongoing situation and are having difficulties with some manufacturers dispatching items as usual. Once again please accept our apologies.

Refused to pay return postage. I had to pay for delivery and again for return totalling £14.00. The light required self assembly (crystal pendants) which I was not aware of. It was also too big for my room. Very bad practice in these times of forced online shopping.

Lights are fine. Took ages to come. Really poor communication from the company. Wouldn’t use them again for that reason.

Product costs were reasonable but the despatch time was poor even when taking Covid in to account. The two stars are because of the postage and packaging costs. The packaging was a small plastic bag with a label envelope stuck on it with label inside and a £1.64 stamp. For that I was charged £5.95.

Eventually got the brackets...but no communication to say if or when they were going to arrive. No one answered customer service phone, left message but no one got back to me. Sent email to CS no reply! My son finally got through on phone and was told that the supplier had let them down.....would have been nice to have had this information then we wouldn’t have been worried. Got brackets after a month which would have been ok if we had known what was happening. Non existent CS for this reason don’t think I will use this company again.

ordered extension leads, took almost two weeks to deliver, if you don't have items in stock you should inform the buyer before payment

I placed an order on 15th January and have still not received it. I telephoned yesterday and spoke to a very helpful lady who emailed me back to let me know that they will send a replacement

I have kept the shades as I was desperate for them but taupe ????? Not sure who does the colour shading? The shades are cream defiantly not taupe

“Available” means - not necessarily in stock. “Please allow 2-7 Working Days for Delivery” means – wait! Every day is a working day for me. The parcel – oh dear, Blue Peter could have done a better job of protecting the contents. Would have been nice to know, that shop was awaiting arrival of fresh stock – nothing. Fortunately I will only have to do this once! My office manager did like the speed of the answer to her enquiry though – that was nice!

The lamp arrived in a battered box and two of the bulbs weren’t working. They’ve promised me a refund, but their returns process seems very long-winded.

Hi, We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the shade you have ordered and received, due to you not making us aware of this issue and in turn only finding out there was as issue through a negative review we have been unable to rectify the complaint. The shade is advertised as white with the manufacturer Dar Lighting, we have confirmed this with them in light of the review and they have confirmed the shade is white. Regards Love Lights

I ordered two over head lights and 4 lightbulbs. The overhead lights took just under two weeks to arrive and the lightbulbs, 6 weeks. The receptionists were always helpful and polite - but they should have offered a re-fund. The delays were frustrating and disappointing.
