“We chose Love Lights because they showed the lamps we wanted as 'in stock' where others did not, so ordered. However, it turned out they were out of stock but Lynsey always answered my emails promptly and kept us informed. The lights arrived exactly as she said they would and we are delighted with them - really solid, high quality lamps. I would use Love Lights again.”

“Offered a good selection of lighting at reasonable prices. Our order arrived in just over 3 weeks. The product was as described, good quality and easily fitted by our electrician. Only slight gripe would be that we weren’t given an estimated delivery date and a query regards this wasn’t answered.”

“Light fitting was bought for bedroom and looks really good, the item took around 3 weeks to arrive however this was not unexpected, due to the pandemic. Once I had the email from love lights to advise that the item had been dispatched, it was delivered very quickly.”

“The delivery date/time provided via e-mail was not adhered to so felt let down - the parcel did arrive following day without any prior date/time indication. The product ordered was as per the order and all OK”

“Ordered some replacement downlighters on 4th Nov. 2010 after discussions with a very helpful sales assistant. Confirmation email stated I'd be notified when the lights were despatched. A week later I still hadn't received any notice of despatch so I emailed, left a telephone message and sent a note via Facebook before getting a response to say the item were due in the next day (19th Nov) from the supplier and would be sent out immediately. Still didn't receive any despatch notification so I telephoned again on 23rd Nov. and spoke to Lynsey who was very helpful, said she would check on the items and call me back which she did, to confirm I would receive the lights on 25th Nov. which I duly did. Bit disappointed that it took 2 weeks to for the order to be fulfilled as there was no indication when ordering that the lights were not in stock. The Lovelight staff were excellent on the occasions I rang them but a simple email to explain the delays in completing the oder would've been appreciated.”

“Everything fine, shade arrived well packed in perfect condition. But there was a bit of confusion at the beginning when I was told, to my surprise and wrongly, that it would be delivered the very next day. It finally arrived quite a few days later. No harm done.”

“I have ordered twice from love lights and each time having waited about 2 weeks I’ve had to phone to chase up order. When I phone I’m told the order is with the dispatcher but has not been sent. The order is then posted and received the next day - seems an odd way to operate.”
