“The purchase is as described and I like it enough that I've ordered another. However I would say that delivery was very slow and it took a long time for me to receive notification that it had been despatched. There was no means to check its progress and had it not arrived after 2 weeks I would have been chasing it up. Despite this I've ordered another but hope this time delivery will be quicker.”

“I received my first order in a couple of days and it was great. But I made another order a week ago and have heard nothing at all about it? I received a confirmation of order email at the time but nothing since and no delivery.”

“The lights for the glass shelves were easy to install but i felt they were rather bright. I feel they would have been better if a lower wattage was used. Delivery was prompt and efficient.”

“as a DIY'er I wasn't totally sure all items were compatible - so emailed spec of planned installation to get confirmation all was ok - got an email back in a couple of hours and all was well - so placed the order. Order arrived next day :o) but I still had a few questions on the install. Another email sent and within a couple of hours received a call back from Lovelights with the required info. Great after sales service.”

“Made two recent orders. The first was a little slow in being despatched but arrived very quickly after making a call. The second order was taken over the phone by a very helpful young lady, however the actual item I needed would have been delayed due to you being out of stock so I had to purchase a more expensive part to get the order quickly. Being more expensive did take over the free delivery fresh hold which ment I only had to spend approx £6 odd. This would certainly put me off purchasing lower priced goods from you, whilst I understand profit margins etc but this comes across as lower priced orders are not as important to your company than others. The second order did arrive very quickly and the lights are now installed and we are very pleased with them”

“I purchased a Franklite Zany four light during the Christmas break, the light is now up and looks beautiful. It came well packaged and will instructions to put it up. I was a little disappointed by the lead time, the light was in stock when I ordered it, however, when I checked a couple of days later it wasn’t. I rang and emailed Love Lights to be told the manufacturer, Franklite, didn’t have any in stock and there was a back order. I had to chase this twice until the light arrived early March.”
