“My order for wall lights was amalgamated into one delivery as I requested and the lights arrived undamaged so all good for five stars except...... the amount of packaging for the lights was more than a little excessive.... 3 x boxes inside one huge box with a great amount of bubble wrap and shredded cardboard to dispose of. I know that it is necessary to package such items well to avoid damage but am equally sure that the amount of packaging was a bit over the top for this order.”

“Took about a week to arrive but our lights were beautifully packed and we were given a one hour slot for delivery which they met. Very good.”

“Didn't know where I was up to with my delivery, emailed love lights got a fast helpful update. Item came in a huge box for 2 vases but it was extremely well packed. Lovely quality items.”

“I had seen these light fittings elsewhere locally but I needed 3 wall fittings and there weren't enough in the shop so I was pleased to be able to order them online and have them delivered to my door free of charge!”

“The communication was good but it would be helpful to be able to track your delivery as 3 to 5 working days is a long delivery window .I appreciate that free delivery will result in long delivery times. The table lamp and shade I bought are beautiful very high quality and I would definitely use Lovelights again”

“We ordered two lights. Unfortunately the glass of one was smashed in transit. However, Love Lights are dealing with it without any fuss. The other light is up on the wall and looks terrific.”

“The light fittings were actually better quality than I expected and look really good. However when I placed my order I was not informed that one set of downlighters were not in stock. It was not until I called 10 days later to be informed that they were still waiting for the stock to arrive. Otherwise I was very happy with my purchase”

“A nice looking light but the csble is too long and apparently unable to shorten. This results in not being able to elevate as high as one wants but will never want it to be as low as it can go.”

“The only reason I didn't give a Very Good rating was because I had to chase Love Lights about my order. They did confirm they had been sent so they had to be dispatched again! Apart from that I was very pleased and would definitely purchase from them again.”

“Love our new lights. Just one problem didn't hear anything from supplier for over a week until I emailed them. Then they replied and lights appeared 3 days later even though web site said receive within 3/5 days of order been placed. Lights great just as shown on web site.”

“I bought lovely wall lights but when they arrived, the colour was totally different to the one displayed on the website. I rang Love Lights who admitted that the website was misleading and told me that they would send me other photos. I never received those and have now installed lights with a brown lampshade, Instead grey which would have matched the room. They are expensive as well.”
