“For the second time, the 65 mm diameter glass in front of my desk lamp halogen bulb shattered into tiny pieces (while the lamp was off, and fortunately overnight). A replacement (Dar Lighting JOU19 Spare Glass) was available from Love Lights at £2.40, but the postage charge (£5.95) was very high for a small thin, lightweight item . However, it paid for a huge amount of unnecessary packaging, as the item arrived in a 500 x 350 mm jiffy bag which was then further wrapped in a polythene outer. Clearly, a small 160 x 110 mm padded envelope with a couple of protective card inserts would have done the job just as well.”

“The product arrived well packed and in working order. The only disappointment was that it took two weeks to arrive. I order many things online & I usually receive my order within 5 working days. As the product was about £15 cheaper than other suppliers I shouldn’t really moan about the wait!!!”

We are sorry your order took longer than expected to arrive, our dispatch is 2-7working days as some items we need to order into stock. The item was dispatched on the 5th working day from our warehouse, therefore I will investigate with the courier as to why this has taken so long to deliver.
