“The light is great and exactly what I wanted for my bathroom. However, I have to chase my order a number of times as there was little communication from Love Lights. It was only when I asked about my order after sometime, I was told it was out of stock and they were waiting for it to be restocked to send out. Overall my order took approx 3 weeks to come.”

We are sorry your order took a little longer to arrive, under the currently circumstances we have adjusted our timescale to 2-7 working days and yours dispatched within 10 as some items are taking a little longer to arrive from our manufacturers due to reduced staffing levels and them not working to full capacity, we have also a note at checkout in yellow advising of further delays due to the impact of Covid-19 so please accept our apologies if you have not noticed this when you placed your order online. “The lights i ordered were recieved, in good condition. The company advertised the items as "in stock" and work on a 2-7 business day delivery timescale. However these took 2 weeks to recieve. Come to find out that Love Lights do not stock them and order them direct from the supplier to be delivered to them and then they send them out. I'm sure this is the same for most of their products.... They need to be more clear and up front on their business operations if they're ever to succeed with improving these terrible reviews.”

“After a struggle to find the lights I wanted due to a discontinues line from the manufacturer I placed my order for three 'undercounter' lights complete with the driver and cables. The initial order did seem to take a little longer to arrive, but when it did Love Lights hadn't sent me enough 'splitters' to wire up to the driver and three lights . . . so I had to order another splitter and made them aware of the issue that they should had foreseen. Give them their due when I pointed the issue out they refunded the extra splitter and sent one FOC which arrived the next day. ALL lights now function.”

“The product itself is of good quality but the electrician who fitted them said that 2 out of 5 items were missing (content highlighted in green on the picture was not included).”

“The bulbs took a long time to arrive (at least 2 weeks) and the packaging was not what I’d expect for a fragile product. Having said that, I’ve used one of the bulbs which works fine.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review and apologies the delivery took a little longer than usual, unfortunately we are trying to stay within our standard 2-7 working days display however there are times this may run over due to delivery issues from the manufacturer. Apologies that you are unhappy with the delivery and the update, when the lights were ordered you were informed these were out of stock before purchasing and were happy to wait. Once we received these into stock from the manufacturer these were dispatched immediately and a dispatch email sent to yourself. Unfortunately at this time we are in the hands of the manufacturer at the moment as shipments are being delayed. Once again please accept our apolgies.

“Lovely products, website and feel of care. However, the delivery took longer than the site led me to believe and I didn't get much in the way of updates. It's a shame because the delivery issue marred what was an otherwise good experience.”

Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivery, as per the notice at checkout, deliveries may take a little longer than normal due to thew ongoing situation and still many of our suppliers taking longer than normal due to staffing and stock issues. Many thanks Love Lights

“There were a couple of marks on the white shades, the bases also had fine scratch marks on the chrome. The bases were well covered, so must have come from factory that way.”

“Competitively priced lights. Delivery took slightly longer than expected. Replies to queries we're prompt and courteous. The only thing lacking was updates regarding delivery.”

“The products were fine and they were delivered eventually. Communication with them is difficult as they only responded to my email when I chased them via their supplier. A message left on their phone was ignored. I used two other companies for similar supplies and their delivery and communication were excellent so there are better companies out there than LoveLights.”

“It took a week for goods to be dispatched otherwise service was good. Earlier dispatch would have increased the rasping.”

“Whilst the lights delivered where good, what was not so good was the communication from Love Lights. Other than the order confirmation email and the email asking for a review, no other communication was received from Love Lights despite being told you would get a dispatch email. Only found out information by calling the company. Would have been nice to be able to define a safe place to leave the delivery when getting royal mail delivery.”

“ordered 6 lights and each one was cosmetically faulty, love lights arranged for these to be collected next day but unfortunately i didn't have the time to wait for these to be reviewed by manufacturer before replacement as builder was due onsite. Love lights refunded me without any issue.”

“I had to chase my order for 4 weeks before it arrived. Good contact with the company and prompt replies though. I am happy with my wall lights although my electrician has been and gone in the time they should have been here.”

“Lovelights are great , delivery carriers, DPD, are a bunch of arseholes. Quick tap on my door at 07:30 hrs, take a photo and run away. On fourth day ended up going to their depot to get my delivery!”
