“First item sent was defective from manafacturer, replacement sent, but took some time to convince them to do this. Replacement was also slightly defective, but easily fixable. Can't really recommend Franklite, but Lovelights are fine.”

“I had to contact Love Lights several times due to the unexpected long delay in delivery of my item, this was beyond Love Lights control however and they were very good at responding to my emails and keeping me updated.”

“Product very good ,price very good, service (only )good, very poor packaging. Package arrived ripped off the boxed lights and was only a glorified plastic bag. Fragile LED lights survived and working well so have kept them. Please do improve packaging.”

“The lights are lovely and I would have given a very good score but for long delivery time. I expected 3-5 days but it took 2 weeks as manufacturer was out of stock. Had to chase delivery buy then it arrived on next day service. Well packaged. Would recommend but allow for longer lead time”

“Over-cabinet light not yet fitted but appears to be of solid construction and neat appearance. If, once fitted, it functions well over the ensuing years, it will have justified this rating. Delivery was reasonably quick but packaging seemed skimpy - only an unpadded plastic bag containing the retail-boxed item which fortunately survived apparently unscathed.”

“The website suggested a wall light was in stock but subsequently had to order the light. Hence four stars instead of five. Thereafter Lovelights were very responsive to my email queries, very efficient in accomplishing all I asked them to do, and in their carrier who notified us of delivery time and delivered the light well packaged and on time. Would highly recommend this company.”

“Got the product I needed, after searching elsewhere. And it was exactly what I needed. Slightly overdue on delivery, according to the given estimate, but not a big problem, as I had plenty of other things to do on the same project. Good to know where to get things when other companies have failed.”
