“I purchased some LED wardrobe hanging rails and they arrived quickly and look excellent (although not fitted yet). What i didn't realise was that I needed a transformer to drive them so I phoned up and they were very helpful, an additional order was placed and the transformer arrived within 2 days. I have also had to return some unwanted brackets and they sent me an email to confirm that they had been received and that the refund was in process. All considered their customer service has been excellent and I would purchase from them again. Well done!”

“We bought these lights for our whole house because of the quality and style. One broke a week ago and we were sure we would not be able to obtain one again and were so pleased that the Savoy lamps were still available. Glad we bought quality and something that is still produced. Excellent service and packaging.”

“When I was looking for Sensio lighting I was directed to this company by the manufacturers. All the staff I spoke to in 3 different order conversations were excellent. “purchased some Sensio lights from your company this afternoon. My sales enquiry was dealt with by Amy. I guess it's all too easy this day and age to complain about poor service and less convenient to make the time and take the effort to say thanks and acknowledge excellence. Amy dealt with my order brilliantly. Her product knowledge was excellent, she worked out exactly what I needed to buy and made sure it was competively priced. She phoned me back as she promised she would do, once she had checked stocks with your supplier and then took the order. Amy is a real asset to your company and someone I hope you really cherish having on board. Thank you for a very happy buying experience!”
