“The communication was good but it would be helpful to be able to track your delivery as 3 to 5 working days is a long delivery window .I appreciate that free delivery will result in long delivery times. The table lamp and shade I bought are beautiful very high quality and I would definitely use Lovelights again”

“We ordered two lights. Unfortunately the glass of one was smashed in transit. However, Love Lights are dealing with it without any fuss. The other light is up on the wall and looks terrific.”

“The light fittings were actually better quality than I expected and look really good. However when I placed my order I was not informed that one set of downlighters were not in stock. It was not until I called 10 days later to be informed that they were still waiting for the stock to arrive. Otherwise I was very happy with my purchase”

“Rather unsure when purchasing Sensio Quadra Bar Light with Sensio dimming switch as I am unfamiliar with the brand and LED lights. Also there are a few inside cabinet lights out there that don't really work properly (switch on and off when opening cabinet door). Have had this Sensio product(s) couple of weeks now works perfectly! Good looking, and quality for the price too.”

“Received a confirmation of dispatch on 29th March, but it is now now 6th April and am still awaiting delivery. Emailed for reasons for delay but have received no reply to date. Not good customer service.”

“I wanted to buy a David Hunt Author table lamp and match the shade on another David Hunt lamp that I already had. I contacted Lovelighting hrough their website. I received a quick response from Lynsey and after a few emails to and fro I was able to place the order which arrived in perfect condition. Overall an excellent service. I absolutely love this lamp.”
