“Mix well or else it's clumpy. My Dad loves it. It helps both of us fall asleep, but only a little to help us get back to sleep after we wake up in the middle of the night/after 1 rem cycle (the problem we both have). Extra impressed it's Fair Trade chocolate :) Thanks for making it!”

LSF is it. I love the workouts and have seen changes over time that I been wanting to see for awhile. “I am so excited to use this planner for 2021!!! I am a planner but I’m happy it’s not like a schedule. So there’s no time like 12 to 12 etc but I love it cause sometimes planners stress me out. Overall I’m really excited to use this next year!!!”
