“Nike tracksuit does not look authentic, Nike rep looked and said the same. Am dealing with this outside of Love the Sales as the customer service is diabolical and my request to have a new person look into it was rejected.”

“I was going to buy the product i bought on Love the sales from NEXT and it was £120. I looked on this site to see if they had it here which they did. I bought exactly the same mens hoodie for £69.99. What a bargain!”

“Absolutely shocking quality, bought a Berghaus hoodie and the stitching started to come away within a week. Messaged them about a return and they want me to pay for something returning that is of poor quality!! So I would be out of pocket!! Won't use again!”

“I purhased a size 32 DSquared pair of jeans, but the delivery came with a size 46, which did not fit me. I therefore messaged customer service to say that the wrong size was sent. I got a response from Nova clothing (where the jeans are sourced from), that the the correct size were sent (46 is 32), but I am confused because on lovethesales website, 48 is 32. I had to pay postage to return the item, which i am not happy about but even worse its not clear which size I can order and get my size without returning the item again and incurring further costs.”

“Very disappointed with my treatment, my Barbour jacket I ordered arrived when I tried it on it was found to be too tight so I contacted the supplier namely "Kings and Dukes" said I could return the jacket using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, they assured me a replacement would be forwarded, I promptly returned the jacket on the 5th of January . The package was received by the supplier & a replacement was despatched to me via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked on the 9th of January, I informed the supplier on the 12th of January that I had not received my replacement jacket & still this replacement package/Jacked has not been received by me as at the 20th of January. So today the 20th of January I contacted the supplier hey again & requested a refund "Kings and Dukes" said they would return my call & guess what No phone call, really bad customer service.”
