This certainly isn’t the experience we aim to provide. Having reviewed your order, I can confirm it was placed after the next-day delivery cutoff time on Thursday, which meant it was processed on Friday. As next-day delivery is a working day service, the expected delivery date would have been Monday. That said, I’m pleased to see your order arrived on the Saturday, earlier than expected. Having looked into this, I can see on our system that a refund was issued on 30/04 to your original payment method. Depending on your bank's clearing process, this can take between 5-10 days to show in your account. I trust that this is of help but if there is anything else we can do to assist please let us know.

Ordered a top and the order was refunded with absolutely no information other than I was getting a refund. Very disappointing.

Ordered item had to contact seller because item wasn’t despatched for over a week only then did I get an email to say they never had the item in stock and issued a refund where this should contacted myself straight away if the order could not be fulfilled.

Having looked into this, it would appear that the retailer was not been able to fulfil your order on this occasion and so a refund has been issued. Usually, this occurs when a product goes out of stock soon after you ordered, or that the quality of the product wasn't right so they could not send it. After placing order and waiting 5 days days I received an email saying it was out of stock and a refund was mentioned. Another 5 days no refund. In the past I have had no problems with orders so I hope this is a one off occurrence.

I was sent incorrect trousers, despite filtering on the right size, then ordering, only to receive something significantly smaller… only to be told… its size 46, not a 46”. The mistake was yours. Ron have since been forced to pester to get not only my initial postage charge back, but also my return postage charge, which I was told I would receive back and have now been told that you don’t want to. Appalling service and have N en dealt with in bad faith since.

The wrong size item was sent to me, I returned it but the correct size was out of stock so I get a refund for the price of the item but not postage so I ended up out of pocket! Not very good and will never use again!

This parcel was misdelivered by DPD, and despite my immediate report to them, it is now missing and presumed stolen. LTS has disgracefully denied any responsibility for this situation. I will be pursuing legal action against them through the small claims court. Their owners are nothing but cowards, hiding behind multiple gatekeepers to evade accountability; they are uncontactable and blatantly avoid facing any consequences for their actions. I strongly urge everyone to NEVER, under ANY circumstances, purchase from these people. They are mean-spirited, utterly lacking in business ethics, and exhibit scurrilous behavior to shirk responsibility. It’s unacceptable, and they must be held accountable. I will be contacting You and Yours on Radio 4’s consumer program and Which? Magazine to ensure their reprehensible conduct is brought to light. Enough is enough!

Ordered a t shirt in a size small and came in a size large, contacted the help team to get it changed they took a long time to reply then told me it was a mix up and labels i asked if they would be paying postage as it was them in the wrong but were very rude back and didn’t even respond about the postage. Would not recommend
