Placed an order for a birthday gift. Placed order on 18th November with stated arrival by 25th November . It is now the 3rd of December (birthday has passed) and I have received an email saying it can take up to another 2 weeks to arrive. That is an unacceptable time period for a delivery. Very disappointing and will not be using site again.

Well thought this have went smoothly but item was apparently delivered. It was left according to the picture half hanging out of letterbox by the time I got home there was no parcel I had contacted my neighbours and my partner still nothing nobody seen anything but yet they are not willing to leave a refund me or send me another item of clothing due to this thus I am being victimised because I haven’t received the parcel that they have apparently sent this will be the last time I will ever use this company absolutely sham of a company

I purchased a BOSS Green Paddy Mens Polo, a classic short-sleeved polo shirt in Dark Blue (402) They sent me one in BLACK!! THEN GOING TO CHARGE ME TO RETURN!!! Not Happy!!!

Not impressed. After paying £3 delivery for an item that wasn't as described in the photo I then had to pay £4.50 to return it, so £7.50 paid in total for a dud item that was sent back. Avoid.

Having reviewed your order, I can confirm it was placed after the next-day delivery cutoff time on Thursday, which meant it was processed on Friday. As next-day delivery is a working day service, the expected delivery date would have been Monday. That said, I’m pleased to see your order arrived on the Saturday, earlier than expected. Having looked into this, I can see on our system that a refund was issued on 30/04 to your original payment method. Depending on your bank's clearing process, this can take between 5-10 days to show in your account. I trust that this is of help but if there is anything else we can do to assist please let us know.

Ordered item had to contact seller because item wasn’t despatched for over a week only then did I get an email to say they never had the item in stock and issued a refund where this should contacted myself straight away if the order could not be fulfilled.

Having looked into this, it would appear that the retailer was not been able to fulfil your order on this occasion and so a refund has been issued. Usually, this occurs when a product goes out of stock soon after you ordered, or that the quality of the product wasn't right so they could not send it.
