“My order wasn’t handed to me by royal mail instead it was left outside my door which isn’t a safe place I can’t find my order anywhere .. the store can’t seem to help me and keep repeating the same things each time I explain to them.. I won’t recommend this store to anyone and most likely won’t order from them again”

“I ordered a pair of shoes, but one shoe is two sizes bigger than the other. The size difference is clearly visible, yet you still sent them to me. I returned the shoes to you last week, but you have not taken any action. I have not received a refund, nor have I received any email from you. If you are going to send me a replacement, I want a UK size 5. If you are not going to replace them, please process my refund as soon as possible.”

All returns are made back to the retailer it is purchased from and an email is usually sent when the return/refund has been processed. This can take between 10-14 working days but usually quicker. “Received item ok, no issue. However, the item had to be returned, which I might add, I did everything as requested. I got an email stating I would receive my refund and I'm still waiting for it. I sent numerous emails and some of them were not answered and I only got a response because I threatened to go to the police. Which is still on the agenda as I still have not received my refund I will never buy another item from this site and I urge others not to either, stay clear. Very bad customer services.”
