Received item ok, no issue. However, the item had to be returned, which I might add, I did everything as requested. I got an email stating I would receive my refund and I'm still waiting for it. I sent numerous emails and some of them were not answered and I only got a response because I threatened to go to the police. Which is still on the agenda as I still have not received my refund I will never buy another item from this site and I urge others not to either, stay clear. Very bad customer services.

I ordered two items and only received one. 4 days letter and still no further forward. I've been asked to return an item I didn't receive. Now having to contact my bank to chase a refund (as directed by Lovethesales).

Nike tracksuit does not look authentic, Nike rep looked and said the same. Am dealing with this outside of Love the Sales as the customer service is diabolical and my request to have a new person look into it was rejected.

Absolutely shocking quality, bought a Berghaus hoodie and the stitching started to come away within a week. Messaged them about a return and they want me to pay for something returning that is of poor quality!! So I would be out of pocket!! Won't use again!

I purhased a size 32 DSquared pair of jeans, but the delivery came with a size 46, which did not fit me. I therefore messaged customer service to say that the wrong size was sent. I got a response from Nova clothing (where the jeans are sourced from), that the the correct size were sent (46 is 32), but I am confused because on lovethesales website, 48 is 32. I had to pay postage to return the item, which i am not happy about but even worse its not clear which size I can order and get my size without returning the item again and incurring further costs.
