“Ordered my product over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for it . I have had communication from from the vender on the issue , but still waiting for the parcel .”

“Frustrated with the payment process. I’m happy to have placed my order, but the payment experience was disappointing. Klarna was offered as a payment option, but even after submitting all the required documents, it still didn’t go through. If the service doesn’t work properly, it shouldn’t be listed as a payment option. It just added unnecessary stress to the checkout process”

“Sent the wromg item. Returns process requres me to pay unless I follow a convoluted process with TOWER. They claim an exchange was possible but the process does not appear to allow it. Due to the nature of the initial problem without further interaction it is likely the exchange pair will also be incorrect. I will therefore be returning the item and sourcing it from a more reliable vendor.”

“Order cancelled after placement due to lack of stock. It was supposed to be a birthday present, so had to purchase another gift which did not arrive in time.”
