“I ordered the Bluebell Forest Reed diffuser as a surprise present for my sister in law. I was actually out of the country and somewhere along the order process I missed the gift wrap option. I emailed Love Aroma and had a reply by return to say that as I was the first online order that they would gift wrap it for me and it would be free of charge...... thank you so much Lewis! To top everything else, my sister in law loved the gift, Bluebells are her favourite flower and she said the scent was divine. I will definitely use Love Aroma again”

“Fantastic choice of product ranges, like a kid in a sweet shop. Lemongrass woodwick candle smells divine and burns so evenly and lasts for ages.”

“I have purchased several items now from Aroma, 1 for myself & 5 for others. I have ordered online & by phone. The parcels arrived extremely well wrapped & protected, the products are great! Two were guts for new homes & the recipients were highly delighted. Very ornate beautiful gifts. Great customer service. I will be purchasing more from this company , thanks guys ????”

“Item never received. Ignored for days and promised another order which never materialised. Back to being ignored, and nearing a MONTH since I placed my order. Absolute sham of a company, stealing money and no clue about customer service. Unbelievable.”
